Thanks to everyone at Fresh Meat yesterday, it was hard work. Bit the good kind of Hard work. You were all very helpful and patient and awesome. I can't wait to learn more and get stronger

I'm pretty sure I speak on behalf of all of the Not-so-fresh meat when I say thank you to everyone who has trained us and given is advice and tolerated us and made us feel welcome over the last few months. Whether I move to rec team or go through fresh meat again, it has been an awesome ride so far and I feel fitter and stronger and happier now than I did Pre-ARRG! You lot are ace. And I love all of my fellow meaties. /massive sappy post
I'm just glad minimums is done, whatever the result ends up being I can chill out and be less mental now

Fresh meat - I just wanted to say how good you all did today! It was a hard hard slog of a session, but you all kept on track, and kept positive and smiley. You can do it all again next week!! Yay! Also to saya huge thanks to the assessors, and special thanks to those who we didn't need in the end - sorry! So many last minute changes to organise  WELL DONE EVERYONE!

I have to say the Fresh Meat did awesome, it was so good to see you all try so hard and push yourselves!!! You guys have come so far from day 1
I also would like to say Crazy was great today running the mins and also because she made my day by shouting "It's called leaning because you lean!"

I want to join in the love-off because I had such a great day.
Thanks to all the biggies for coming to assess us and to Crazy for leading the course. And to Annie and Sunnie for the bearing workshop.
Your positivity, support and cheering helped us sooo much and made a tough day a really special.
I think I am still high on adrenalin and endorphins. but I know Im really lucky to get to do this with all you guys.
